We are a group of healthy lifestyle therapists from the Poets Corner area in Hove who have formed a collective to offer services and self-help courses at subsidised affordable rates. Members of the hovenaturally collective include Christine Kavanagh, Janina Karpinska, Madeline Landauer MARH, Ãnandi, Liz, and Mike Bliss - web guru - gives technical support.

We have recently received some funding from the Scarman Trust to offer a programme of tasters, talks, short courses and events locally, aimed at local residents both for their own support and personal development and to use with those they care for.

Topics on offer will include: flower essences, homeopathy, head massage, aromatherapy, massage techniques, reflexology, life coaching, self expression through arts, crafts and writing, positive thinking, stress management, helpful foods & herbs, fun stretch and much more, to be held at different venues around the area.

Our skills range from holistic manicure, facials, gentle exercise and stretch, nutrition, aromatherapy, massage, homeopathy, flower essences, creative writing, therapeutic arts and crafts, life coaching, confidence building, basic skills and effective communication.

holistic development & support group

Holistic Development & support Group meet weekly on Wednesdays at the Talkshop, Stoneham Park from 13.30 to 15.30, for all those interested in mind, body, spirit development, and support. There will be a mixture of speakers, chat, and sharing ideas within a supportive group.
